Welcome to asiangrocerypoint.pl! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. 1 – General Information

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for transactions conducted through the www.asiangrocerypoint.pl store.

2 – Nature of the Store

www.asiangrocerypoint.pl is an online store through which users can purchase offered products.

3 – Technical Requirements

The service is optimized for properly configured and updated browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or others.
Making purchases on www.asiangrocerypoint.pl requires cookies to be enabled in your browser.

4 – Ordering Process

To place an order, you must register and fill out the form provided on the website.
The completed form must include:
- Full name and address of the customer
- Shipping address and name of the person authorized to receive the goods (if different from the customer)
- Billing details (if an invoice is required)
- Phone number
- Email address
Orders are placed by selecting products, choosing the quantity, and clicking the "Buy" button. After confirmation, you will be redirected to select the payment and delivery method.
Orders can be collected in person from www.asiangrocerypoint.pl at no extra cost.
Orders can also be delivered to the address provided by the customer for a fee specified in the delivery price list.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation.
For fresh products, custom orders are processed only on Tuesdays. Orders must be placed by Monday. Orders placed after Monday will be processed the following week.
Prepaid orders not paid within 3 business days will be automatically canceled.

5 – Delivery

Deliveries are limited to the territory of Poland and are made to the address provided during the order process.
Delivery is carried out via postal or courier services. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery time is estimated between 2 to 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation or order placement (for cash on delivery).

6 – Returns and Complaints

If the delivered goods do not match the order, the customer has the right to request a replacement or a new product.
The cost of returning incorrect goods is covered by www.asiangrocerypoint.pl.
Complaints are processed within 14 days. If approved, a correct replacement will be sent. If not approved, the original goods will be returned at the store’s expense.

7 – Inconsistencies and Product Availability

If the goods delivered are inconsistent with the order, the customer has the right to request a replacement within 3 days.
Returned goods should be sent to: Ul. Kętrzyńskiego 8, Olsztyn 10-507. The store covers the return costs.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. If accepted, a replacement will be sent. If not accepted, the goods will be returned at the store’s cost.
If the ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed via email or phone. The customer may choose a refund or a product of the same value. Shipping costs are covered by www.asiangrocerypoint.pl.

8 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers who enter into a distance sales contract may withdraw within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).
